I am a UK based Consultant Perinatal & Adult Psychiatrist who is passionate in supporting women and families through pregnancy, early parenthood and the complexities of adult mental health - with compassion and clinical depth. My specialist areas include; Women's Mental Health, Perinatal Psychiatry and Adult ADHD.
My Approach to Care
I provide comprehensive, specialist psychiatric assessments to develop a shared understanding of your difficulties. This will help us develop a clear, evidence-based management plan.
As a specialist in perinatal and adult psychiatry, my recommendations are grounded in current clinical evidence and national guidance such as standards from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).
Where medication is considered - decisions are made carefully, weighing risks and benefits in a balanced and transparent manner.
We work together to decide and understand what feels right for you. This may include medication, psychological therapy, practical strategies or coordination with other professionals involved in your care.
